This notice explains how TechNova Vision (“we”) processes personal data of site visitors and people who contact us through the enquiry form.

Through the contact form you may send a name, email, phone number, company, message, selected service and budget range. Required fields exist so we can reply.

Technical data: interface language (locale cookie), IP address and infrastructure logs kept by the hosting provider, plus your cookie choice.

We do not ask for passports, payment cards or special-category data through this website.

3. Why we process data

To answer an enquiry and discuss possible collaboration.

To show the site in the language you choose (Ukrainian or English).

To keep the site secure, diagnose faults and operate forms.

To meet legal obligations if we receive a lawful request.

4. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies store the site language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your cookie-banner choice. Without them the site cannot remember language or consent.

We do not currently run third-party marketing or advertising cookies. If that changes, the banner will ask for a separate opt-in and this notice will be updated.

Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website.

Services you choose to open from the site: LinkedIn, Upwork, App Store, Google Play and external product demos.

We do not sell personal data.

Form enquiries are kept as long as needed to reply and continue a project discussion, or longer if required by law or to defend legal claims.

Locale and consent cookies last until they expire or you delete them in the browser.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or object to processing.

Send requests through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.

8. Security and children

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures, but no internet transmission is fully secure.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from people below the digital age of consent.
